Price & Payment

  • The prices of all our products are as mentioned on our website unless there is an obvious error.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Dispatch Confirmation.

  • We require full payment before completing any order. Payment can be made using most major credit or debit cards by filling in the necessary details on the "Payment Details" page.

  • By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the card/account being used. We reserve the right to conduct validation checks and authorize the payment through the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error on our website, we will rectify the error as soon as possible. If a product's correct price is different from the price listed on our website, we will contact you for further instructions or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Shipping Policy

  • Estimated Delivery Time : We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse, sometimes excluding public holidays. Minimum delivery time would be 3 business days & Maximum delivery time would be 5 business days under normal circumstances. 
    During special sales/offers, there might be a delay in shipping due to larger volumes of orders. 

  • Shipping Charges : We provide free shipping to most customers, but standard shipping charges may apply for remote areas. You can check applicable shipping charges on the checkout page.

  • Tracking Orders : All orders are processed through our express shipping partners in cases where they are not operational in your area. In those cases, we choose the available alternatives.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We took the full onus of what we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy policy for your customers.

  • Exchange and Returns of any product purchased from www.classperfumes.in except Testers / Partials / Decants shall be allowed within 5 working days from the date of product delivery.

  • Please note that the product should be in its original, unaltered and sealed condition (cellophane not teared) with the original invoice. In order to return the product, kindly connect with us on our customer support number i.e. +91-8767578885 ā€‹

  • The returns should not be accepted of the following reasons.

    • If the return request is initiated after 5 working days of order delivery.

    • If the product is used, altered and not in its original condition.

    • Product has been damaged due to its misuse or overuse by the customer.

    • In the highly unlike event, if the product has been damaged due to its transit or not received in the good condition, we will need a proof of damage (photo of received parcel before open or unboxing video), then you may return the product unused, in its original packaging. The same condition at which it was sent.

    • The exchange or return will be initiated within 5-10 business days upon receiving the original product that was sent to the customer.

    • Upon Return, order items are validated for return criteria mentioned above.
      In case of valid return, We will issue a refund to the customer with available payment modes.

    • Upon order cancellation, we issue refund in the form of store credits. We’d provide you the store credits of the same value of your order. These credits can then be used during any future transaction within the store. In order to get and avail them, you need to first connect with us over any medium (through Phone, Text, WhatsApp or social media).

  • Testers / Partials / Decants are Not Returnable & Non Refundable items. 

    • In the highly unlike event, if the Testers / Partials / Decants has been damaged due to its transit or not received in the usable condition, we will need a proof of damage (photo of received parcel before open or unboxing video), then you may return the product unused, in its original packaging. The same condition at which it was sent.

    • Testers boxes are not considered damaged as they do not have manufactured seal packaging. 

    • Partials boxes are not considered damaged as they are used for the process of decanting, hence cellophane/plastic/overwrap seal is broken.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Class Perfumes, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We strive to provide a seamless and customer-friendly experience, and we have outlined our order cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellation before Shipment:

    • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@classperfumes.in or through our designated customer support channels.

    • We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. However, please note that if your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, we may be unable to cancel it.

    • If your cancellation request is successful and your order has not been shipped, we will initiate a refund for the full amount paid to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Cancellation after Shipment:

    • If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately.

    • In such cases, you will need to wait for the delivery of the product and follow our Returns and Refunds policy (as outlined separately) to initiate the return process.

    • Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process a refund for the amount paid, excluding any shipping & return shipping charges, to the original payment method.

  • Exceptions: Please note that there may be instances where certain products or promotions are non-refundable or have specific cancellation policies. These exceptions will be clearly communicated during the ordering process or mentioned in the product description.

  • Communication and Refunds:

    • All cancellation requests must be made in writing through our customer support channels, WhatsApp or by sending an email to info@classperfumes.in

    • We will acknowledge your cancellation request and provide further instructions, if applicable.

    • Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation request is approved.

  • Changes to the Order Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our order cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our Website.
